What the summit is about
The Online Coaching Summit is a virtual event for people who are building an online coaching, consulting, or course-based business and working toward six figures. Each speaker shares a 15 to 20 minute talk filled with practical ideas that attendees can put to work right away, and each day has its own theme, so attendees build a full picture over the four days.

This is the overall plan, and we may adjust the theme names or the order of talks slightly once every speaker is confirmed.
Who you'll be speaking to
The people who sign up are not brand new to the online world. Most have been in business for two or three years, they understand how online business works, and they're ready to grow and take up more space. They're building their business with a clear goal of reaching six figures, so you can expect an aligned audience watching your talk and signing up for your freebie.
The lineup
This is a carefully curated summit with a mix of well-established names and rising experts who are making their mark. Every topic and title is chosen so the talks don't overlap, which means each speaker brings something fresh to the room. Speaker names will be shared once everyone is confirmed.
How it works for attendees
Each set of presentations is released by email, and every talk is free to watch for 48 hours, which gives people in every time zone a fair chance to catch it. Attendees who want more time or more support can choose one of two passes.

All Access Pass
All the replays, the VIP goodies from speakers, bonus goodies from me, and an invitation to my Lead Magnet Sprint, where attendees create a lead magnet that brings aligned buyers into their business.
What's in it for you
- List growthYour main lead magnet is featured in most places across the summit, so you can expect a good number of new people joining your list. We don't share the full attendee list, so the people who join yours are the ones who chose your freebie.

- Your own speaker pageIt includes your presentation, your bio, your free lead magnet, and up to three links of your choice.
- A complimentary All Access PassSo you can enjoy every talk, the replays, and all the goodies too.
- Affiliate commissionsYou earn 30% on every pass sold through your affiliate link, or 40% if you add a VIP product to the All Access Pass. Payouts are done manually (as I don't use an automated payout system), so about 30 days after the summit, you simply send me an invoice and I'll pay you.
- Leaderboard rewardsWe reward speakers who put in extra effort and bring in the most people.
- Your talk stays yoursYou're free to use your presentation anywhere else, before or after the summit.
What's involved as a speaker
- A 15 to 20 minute talkPre-recorded, on a topic that helps online coaches grow their business.
- A free lead magnetA freebie that goes along with your talk and collects an email address. What happens after the opt-in is up to you, so you're welcome to use a tripwire, an upsell, or anything else you like.
- Connecting with attendeesAll the conversation happens inside my student-only community, so you can meet attendees there during the summit.
- A VIP product (optional)A product worth $27 or more for the All Access Pass, if you'd like to add one.
Promoting the summit
The promo ask is one solo email and one mention, like a P.S. in a regular email or a post on social media.
We also understand that one solo email isn't the same for everyone with different list sizes, and you know your audience best. What we track is the traffic that comes through your unique link to the event, just to make sure we're all doing our part to promote the summit. You're welcome to suggest a promo plan that fits your schedule and your list, and we'll agree on it together before you sign the speaker agreement.
All promo material is provided, and promotion runs from October 12 to November 2.
The speaker agreement
Once we've agreed on your promo plan, you'll receive a simple speaker agreement, so we both know exactly what to expect.
Sponsorships
A few sponsor spots are available. Sponsors have their presentation shared first, and their logo and link appear in the footer of every summit page. Full details will be released by October 5, so if you'd like to know more, just reach out.

Meet your host
Hi, I'm Asmita! I help coaches and course creators build email-based businesses through list building, email marketing, and digital products. I've been in business since 2019, I'm five times certified, and I've built a suite of more than 29 self-paced offers, with my Profitable List System at the heart of it all.
Hosting collaborative events is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Along with the Online Coaching Summit, I run bundles and giveaways throughout the year with a wonderful network of contributors, and I love bringing experts together so coaches can learn from many voices in one place.
